With humble beginnings, Carlyle purchased a Ditch Witch trencher and managed operations while working part-time at the US Postal Service. The company became full-time in 1988, coinciding with the hiring of its first employee and the acquisition of a backhoe, which marked the expansion of their service capabilities.
Today, Weaver Works, Inc. is recognized as a licensed Class A contractor, fully insured and bonded.
