Corporate Cleaning, Inc. was established in 1997 by Crystal Hughey, driven by a desire for a flexible work schedule that allowed her to attend her son's school activities. From humble beginnings cleaning part-time for a friend's company, Crystal saw the potential in the cleaning industry and recognized that her passion for cleanliness could be turned into a business. With determination and commitment, she founded Corporate Cleaning, and her first client was Olentangy Commons, a large multi-family housing complex.
As the business grew, her husband Gene joined her in full-time operation, and together they expanded their client base significantly. Today, Corporate Cleaning, Inc. employs over 25 individuals, fostering a family-oriented work environment that emphasizes teamwork and dedication. The company prides itself on its training process, known as the CCI Process, which ensures each cleaning champion is well-versed in Standard Operating Procedures, GBAC cleaning compliance, and customer service excellence.
Corporate Cleaning serves a diverse range of clients, including over 14 construction companies, more than 30 luxury apartment communities, and various commercial real estate spaces, model homes, offices, churches, and residential buildings. The size of their projects is varied, ranging from small 400 square foot spaces to extensive 1,213,000 square foot jobs, encompassing both one-time cleanings and long-term contracts.
