Envirocorp, Inc., established in August 1984 in Felton, Delaware, has evolved over the decades into a full-service laboratory specializing in environmental testing. With an extensive history of serving the region from Wilmington to Accomack, Virginia, and spanning the areas between Delaware Bay and Chesapeake Bay, Envirocorp has built a reputation for providing precise and reliable testing services.
In the early 1990s, as demand for their services grew, they relocated from a modest 600 square foot office to the old People's Bank building in Harrington, Delaware. The new facility allowed for expanded operations and accommodated a broader range of laboratory functions. As the company continued to flourish into the early 2000s, Envirocorp moved again after acquiring a 10,000 square foot facility, previously an old t-shirt factory, which they renovated to create a state-of-the-art laboratory.
Under the leadership of H. Joseph Gannon, Jr. and later with the involvement of his son, H. Joseph Gannon, III, Envirocorp has consistently upheld its commitment to quality and customer service. The lab offers comprehensive analysis for commercial clients, focusing on areas such as wastewater, groundwater monitoring, as well as soil and sludge testing. They provide both residential and commercial services, including convenient drinking water analysis packages, making it accessible for individuals and businesses alike to ensure water quality and safety.
With a team of skilled professionals, Envirocorp emphasizes meticulous testing and transparent reporting, adapting their services to meet the specific needs of their clients. The company prides itself on facilitating peace of mind through accurate environmental data, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their water sources. As they approach their 40th anniversary, Envirocorp continues to champion environmental awareness and safety in the regions they serve.
