In 2015, the company brought on Larry and Marilyn’s son-in-law, Zachary Goebel, as Operations Manager, ensuring continuity in the family-oriented business philosophy. In 2021, Marshall Disposal continued its expansion by acquiring Tri-State Disposal, adding nearly 1,000 residential customers and increasing their fleet size.
By early 2025, the company employed 34 local staff, operated 27 trucks, and served over 12,000 customers.
