Performance Fab LLC, founded in March 2015 by George and Shadrick Bogan in Roseburg, Oregon, has grown from humble beginnings in a garage to a comprehensive metal fabrication company. Initially equipped with just one welder and a single truck, the company quickly established itself in the market, acquiring customers such as Jim Thorp Lumber Products and Douglas County Forest Products.
As the business expanded, the team grew with the addition of George's son Kody Nunn and his friend Rick 'Big Jim' Powell. This collaboration fostered growth and allowed Performance Fab to open a dedicated fabrication shop in 2017, enhancing their capability to handle larger projects. Over the years, they built invaluable relationships, notably with Roseburg Forest Products, which contributed significantly to their success.
Leadership transitioned seamlessly when George moved on to new ventures. Shad Bogan continued to manage the operations with Kody overseeing field projects and Big Jim handling daily activities at the shop. By 2020, Kody and Big Jim took ownership of the company, reinforcing its legacy and commitment to quality service.
Today, Performance Fab operates a well-equipped fleet with five service trucks, a bucket truck, and multiple specialized vehicles to support both fabrication and field projects. Their services cover a range of industries, specializing in commercial and residential railings, custom brackets, and comprehensive millwright services, serving agricultural, construction, forestry, and residential sectors. This diverse range of capabilities highlights Performance Fab's commitment to exceeding customer specifications while maintaining safety and quality across all projects.
