By the late 1990s, the company had transitioned leadership to Gary Toy, and in 2016, Brody Toy, Ralph's great-grandson, revived the family legacy by re-establishing the Toy Drilling Contractor. This marked the revival of a well-respected family-run drilling business that had ceased operations two decades earlier. Brody's passion for the industry is deeply personal, stemming from a lifelong fascination with drilling. His commitment is evident as he focuses on predominantly water well drilling, while also exploring coal for resources and providing pump services.
Brody Toy's strategy includes recapturing the traditional values of quality customer service that were hallmarks of his family’s operations for years. Under his leadership, Toy Drilling aims to expand its services beyond residential and commercial water well construction to include comprehensive pump and water conditioning services. Today, Brody seeks to honor this legacy by growing the company, aspiring to expand his workforce and operations to cover a wider geographical area, while balancing his love for farming.
