Wilber Construction is a proud, women-owned general engineering contractor based in Paso Robles, California. With a legacy that spans four generations, the company was originally founded in 1977 by Randy Wilber's father, continuing the tradition of excellence from Randy's great-grandfather who started H.C. Wilber Excavating in 1946. The company specializes in a comprehensive range of services designed for both residential and commercial projects, including excavation, concrete construction, underground utility installation, and drainage and erosion control.
The current owners, Randy and Elisha Wilber, took over the family business in 2016, bringing their unique vision while ensuring that the hallmark of quality inherent in the Wilber name remains unchanged. Wilber Construction prides itself on a strong family bond that translates into a personal touch in all projects. Their skilled workforce, ranging from young construction novices to seasoned veterans, embodies a flexible team of 12-20 members. This allows them to handle projects of varying sizes with the same level of dedication and craftsmanship.
Wilber Construction’s mission reflects a commitment to quality and reliability, aiming to be the premier one-stop shop for construction services throughout Paso Robles and beyond. The firm is devoted to client satisfaction, developing lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, municipalities, and local vineyards. Additionally, the Wilber family actively gives back to the community through involvement in local youth programs and veteran organizations, reinforcing their dedication to making a positive impact wherever they operate.
Certifications and memberships with various organizations, including the Better Business Bureau and the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) program, highlight their established reputation for excellence in the industry. Through these efforts, Wilber Construction continues to shape its community while fostering a culture of service and philanthropy.
