Kurt is also a licensed professional engineer and has real estate brokerage credentials for commercial, residential, and multifamily properties.
Complementing Kurt’s expertise, Lana Gies brings over 20 years of experience in appraising and real estate sales, alongside her certifications in OSHA-compliant construction practices and interior design. Together, they seamlessly blend their qualifications to provide an all-in-one service model that encompasses real estate, renovation, and construction.
